James was an excellent salesperson, he was genuine and not at all pushy. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find the perfect mattress. Compared to the bensons for beds store next door, the service at dreams is vastly superior. In addition the order to delivery time is much shorter and the beds are sourced from the UK which is a big advantage over the competition.

Was given time to try out beds. All questions answered and time given to ex plain and answer our enquiries. Offered tea and coffee given a tempur pillow to try as well while trying out beds. Would like to praise Shaun (dreams -gloucester peel centre) for his patience and customer service. Did not feel pressured into a sale at all. He gave us time to think, explore and consider options. Lovely manner and helpful!
