We were greeted with a welcoming smile & an offer of assistance. The assistant took note & listened to our reason for our visit & the product to which were interested in purchasing. Seeing there are a multitude of mattress designs, these were initially explained / discussed, then we were taken to the most appropriate one & other designs. This exercise was most useful & the assistants introduction to the 1st mattress was virtually spot-on to our needs, we finally selected the next model.
