Dreams - Gloucester

Charline at the Gloucester store was very helpful pleasant and knowable about the bed I wanted. A credit to Dreams!!

We were highly satisfied because as soon as we walked in James told us just to ask someone if we need any help, this is a lot better than someone saying "Can I help you?"

Very nice assistant who understood issues of age and spinal injury.

There was no pressure to make a purchase. The assistant​ was very knowledgeable and we were offered refreshments

The salesman was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and approachable but wasn't the slightest bit pushy.

Everyone was keen to assist. I was taking my time and was in the store almost an hour before choosing but the assistants were patient and helped a great deal.

Dreams Colleague Shaun was very courteous and thorough. He made no attempt to persuade us to buy something that was not what we wanted. He listened to our needs and made very helpful and appropriate suggestions, but made it clear it was up to us to decide. He showed us that we could upgrade our mattress choice with an in-store offer (which we had not noticed) which did not increase the price, and he was very clear about the possibilities for exchange, and what our responsibility was in this regard. He went through the conditions quickly but clearly and thoroughly and was altogether friendly and professional in every way. We decided to buy the extra insurance option which gave us confidence in buying a lower cost bed - this seemed a good compromise given that it was only for guest use. Shaun made every effort to tailor his advice to our specific situation. Outstanding customer service.
