Well looked after by James who knew his products. Compared products with Benson next door and prefered your product. Benson service was poor.

We were assisted by Jay. He was very professional, recognising when we needed help but the leaving us to wander around on our own. He really helped us to understand what sort of bed we needed advising us of what we should look for, demonstrating a really good understanding of different types of beds.

Jay at the Gloucester store was extremely qualified in his knowledge of beds. He gave us a range of beds at different price ranges to try. We felt no pressure to purchase anything but he seemed to know our needs before we did. He was very helpful and would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

The product was what we wanted at a reasonable price. Delivery will be in a good time and the store manager Sean is a legend. Very knowledgeable and keen to help us get the right product. Enthusiasm for a mundane item of furniture is very nice to see!

As soon as i entered the premises, greeted by a sales assistant who was very knowledgeable about the items for sale and what i required and within the price range i wanted to spend. Also took the time to try and get a quicker delivery as i needed the bed delivered ASAP. No complaints from me.
