Dreams - Gloucester

James greeted us on entry and gave us space to browse. When given our requirements, he made good suggestions, which we took. Friendly, knowledgeable. In and out in about 20-30 mins, no hastle, good shopping experience. Nice cup of coffee too!

James was very helpful, he and I are both big men so he was able to relate to the issues I was having and point me in the right direction, he gave myself and my parents alot of advice as we were mainly there for me but my parents were also looking for what was available for them in the near furture. Overall very good experience although the price had 20% off it is weird that the total paid was more than all my flights put together, I am returning to south african for a holiday. But comfort comes at a cost. Thank you for your help James

Charline was extremely attentive and took time to explain everything to us and with anything she was unsure of she went to find the answer quickly. She was extremely friendly and not in any way pushy

Staff very knowledgeable about the product

Jay took the time to understand what my parents needed for immediate needs and future needs. He was patient with us, ensuring we had all the pertinent information to make an informed choice. Everyone was courteous.

Shaun welcomed us as we approached and listened to what we wanted. He then took us through the process of trying the mattress in the range we thought we would like and gave us a few different options to try out. While we tried the beds he gave us good product information about each mattress and gave us a pillow similar to the type we use so that we could get a good idea of comfort. He answered any questions we had and at the end of our choice asked if there were any other questions. He attended to us fully throughout our visit. He spoke in a very knowledgeable way and had a lovely manner about him. We did not feel he was pushing us to any particular mattress, thus giving us the right information and chance to test the mattresses to make our own informed choice. Once we had chosen our mattress he then took us to the sales desk and offered us a drink. We had a delicious coffee while he quietly went through the paperwork, going back over the extended care cover when I asked him. We never felt rushed and Shaun had a way of making us feel valued as customers. I honestly haven't come across a sales person who seems as genuine as Shaun does. You have a gem there and a "Dream" employee.

I was going in blind really, looking for a bed to replace mine. I found my dream bed and furniture. The assistant Jay was very friendly and helpful to help me make my decision.. I was with my 4 year old daughter who was helping me look and he offered us a drink and offered my little one a hot chocolate, she was delighted. Jay helped us find the right matteress which went great with the frame that I chose. He showed us round various beds similar to the one I had chosen that were slightly cheaper but I had already been mind set on the Florida. Was useful having him in the store because having had the chance to see a range I knew what I wanted. Matteresses on the other hand I have no idea but he took us to the comfiest I've ever been on. Brilliant.

We were offered assistance, the sales assistant understood our needs and then served us well, on phoning the store the phone was answered promptly and professionally, we were very pleased with our visit and the sales assistant James was extremely helpful.
