Staff, Shaun in particular, were attentive without being pushy. It wasn't a huge purchase compared with some of your prices, but it was necessary and though I didn't want to spend my money, I felt I was getting good advice and, equally importantly, good value.

The store manager (Shaun) at the Gloucester store was very helpful and thorough in covering all the information we needed to know.

We were looking for a guest bed to use in a spare room. The assistant made sure we understood the different types of matress and quality available, and didn't try to over-sell a more expensive product - in fact he pointed us to the set of beds that were most cost-effective for the low level of use we will make of the bed.

Shaun the store manager looked after us. He was great. Professional, smart, good manners, explained everything perfectly without pressuring us. I am in sales and he is exactly I would like to see in my sales team members. I bought from Shaun not Dreams. He was so good I decided I wanted to buy from him and did not give go to your competitors store next door. Well done Shaun. One slight comment, the pricing for the Ottoman could have been explained better
