Dreams - Gloucester

Jay took the time to explain why certain matresses work for different people and the mist expensive doesn't alway equal comfortable. Another think that he brought to our attention was the importance of the right pillow, which has not been explained to us before.

We went to Dreams two weeks ago having never visited a store before. We were greeted as soon as we entered and were shown beds that would suit me. The store was spotlessly clean. After out initial greeting we looked around the store and then went next door to your rival bed supplier. We were not impressed with their beds or customer service. We promptly went back into your store where we were given a quote and told about the VAT exemption if a letter from the G.P. was supplied. Today we went back into the store and placed the order.

The guy that served us (James) was very helpful and knowledgable.

Charline was very friendly and helpful. Gave us options and good advice. Understood our needs. Not pushy sales Down side - cheek you charge for assembly !!

The lady charline who served us was lovely.. very professional, attentive and knowledgable. She asked us lots of questions and provided lots of useful information to help us find the right bed for us. She was fantastic with our children giving them some colouring to do and offered us all drinks. Great customer service, which you dont fet much these days. will definately reccommed this store to family and friends.

Shaun the store manager at Gloucester was extremely helpful. We visited on a Saturday morning and he was patient, friendly and made us feel a valued customer. We also visited a competitor as your store was the first we visited, and soon came to realise that the service we received from Shaun went above and beyond in all expectations. We came back the next weekend with a different buying criteria and Shaun took out even more time to go through all our options & we bought that day!

Extremely satisfied. Shaun was knowledgeable and friendly. He engaged with us when we first entered the store, helped orientate us to the layout and how to interpret the range of product, and then got out of our way and let us choose the product that was right for us, something we really appreciated! He had a good sense of humor and quickly processed our order while explaining everything we needed to know about the product and services we ordered. really satisfied with the experience!

I shopped at Dreams with my two sisters. We all bought items which we are highly satisfied with. My two sisters have items waiting to be delivered, which surprised us how quick they will be delivered. I bought a Tempur Comfort pillow Cloud which I used last night. It was a great night's sleep. The sales manager was absolutely charming and very knowledgeable. He spent over an hour explaining everything to us. It certainly made our visit to dreams more interesting to be served by such a charming man. He listened to each of our likes and dislikes and explained everything very clearly and patiently. We were also given a delicious cup of coffee. What more would one want? A great experience all round.

Both staff were very efficient and friendly. Coffee was made for myself and two sisters. Shaun advised us on mattress and pillow types and helped me choose what was right for me. Delivery time was brilliant. A friend was quoted around 10 weeks for her new bed from another shop and I was delighted that mine is coming in just one week. Advice also given on collection of old bed and mattress. Shaun encouraged us to try the beds. His manner was perfect, not too pushy, but available when we had questions. The whole experience led to my sister also buying a new bed, mattress and pillows| I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to friends and colleagues. I am very pleased. Altogether a wonderful experience and we left feeling excited about our new purchases.

The staff member (Jay) was helpful and attentive and the product that we had selected on line, proved to be exactly what we expected it to be. In addition, it was available to be delivered within a week.
