The assistant was very helpful and explained the different types of mattress. It was very useful to be able to lay on and practically compare each type in the shop. The quality and price of the one purchased was very good and affords a good nights sleep.

There was only one man on the shop floor at this hour in the morning and as soon as I walked in he greeted me and was very efficient and helpful. Very polite and asked if I would like a coffee. I've worked in retail all of my life and its such a pleasant experience to find such a helpful person.

I visited the Gloucester branch and spoke to James (who didn't seem fairly new) and Shaun (the manager). "Highly Satisfied" is an understatement, having had an unsatisfactory experience at Bensons, the way I was greeted and shown around by James was a delight, and he found me what seems the perfect bed. After cancelling my order at Bensons, Shaun was very perfessional and efficient in processing the sale of my new bed, all on the very same day! Having experience in sales and customer service, seeing how Shaun and James treated me was nothing sort of a delight!!

Following a bad experience the previous day in another bed store it was a pleasant experience to be welcomed by James. I suffer from anxiety (he didn't know this) he was patient, friendly, knowledgable, listened to our needs and it was a breath of fresh air to speak to someone honest and open who also makes good coffee. I did not feel pressured in any way to make the purchase and was comfortable throughout. We spent over our budget of £1000 but feel the customer service was so fantastic it was worth every penny! Overall what we thought would be another stressful experience ended up being an enjoyable one. We will be recommending the store to our friends and family and will return in the future!
