Dreams - Gloucester

We were met with a warm greeting of "Welcome to Dreams". We were then allowed to browse the showroom at our own pace without fear of having a salesperson pounce on us. I for one love that. Having said that, the friendly welcome we received told me that help was only a request away should we require it. I am sure that if we had wandered around like a pair of lost souls for too long help would have been forthcoming. Eventually I needed to ask a question regarding mattresses which the very able and might I say charming Michelle answered without hesitation, giving me both reassurance and pointing out the colour of the labels I needed to look out for to aid my selection. Once I had made my selection, Michelle invited us both to sit at the ordering point desk whilst Sean very kindly offered us a drink in the same professional manner that Michelle had shown. Between them, they made the visit to Dreams Gloucester a most pleasurable experience. We completed the transaction with all the various points of the o tract being explained very clearly without fuss. I asked if there was any way I could show my appreciation of the service received. Michelle informed me about Pillowtalk. Great people.

The salesman Jay was exceptional in helping us pick the right mattress. He provided valuable practical advice and even pillows, and encouraged us to try out the mattresses to ensure we picked the correct one for us. Jay's product knowledge was extremely helpful and allowed us to select the mattress we purchased. Jay also showed us how to rate mattresses and how to ensure both people get the right support for themselves. And the refreshments offered were really welcome.

Help was readily at hand with the obvious knowledge but was not overpowering and did't feel at al presurised.

i was very happy we were greeted straight away we outlined what we were looking for and was taken to that range of beds the assistant was very knowledgeable and very pleasant she wasn't pushy or rushed she got pillows to suite us both and got us a drink whilst doing the order very satisfied the price was good and also the insurance was very reasonable

We were choosing a bed for my 14yr daughter.Jay, sales asst, was extremely helpful.We visited the store on Sun.We wanted an ottoman bed (small double)-Jay showed us what was available. He then showed us the different mattresses & got both my daughter & me testing them, explaining why certain ones were more suited to her than me.We weren't sure whether to buy a headboard as the bed is to go in front of a window so height was an issue. Again, Jay was most helpful in showing us the ones which might be suitable for us.We didn't purchase on the Sun as we wanted to do a final measurement of my daughter's room, & we also wanted to have a look in Benson Beds (next door).I have to say the difference in customer service was shocking - they clearly weren't interested in us or a sale and, to be honest, we couldn't wait to get out of the store. We went back in to see Jay, wrote down all the details of the bed and said I would be back.We did mention about the appalling service at Bensons. I revisited the store on the Wednesday to purchase the bed. This time I saw Shaun and James - again, I couldn't fault their customer service. They looked after me and explained everything clearly. Brilliant.
