On my first visit, Shaun assisted me and spent a good deal of time advising me on your products and being completely honest on the products not suitable for me. I did not purchase anything during this visit. I returned to the store a few days later and Shaun recognised me and remembered most of the beds I tried. Our assistant, Charline, was delightful, quickly responded to our enquiry and encouraged us to try different mattresses until we felt comfortable. We decided there and then to place our order, which was processed promptly with an agreed delivery date. We had a coffee while Charline explained the terms and conditions and took our details. A gift of free pillows was an unexpected bonus. Thanks so much.
