Very easy and staff were understanding of need to take time to make the right decision.

I went into the store with a certain amount of knowledge of what I wanted but was by no means mind made up, Shaun asked if I needed any help and I asked about the Silentnight mattresses and was promptly shown where I needed to go. He was really good about letting me take my time and I was able to try out the various beds without disturbance - Shaun left me to it and said if I needed him I could come over and ask and he would be happy to help. When I did have questions he answered all of them really well. At no point did I feel pressured into anything which can happen so often when browsing in shops, Shaun was a pleasant man to talk to and I felt at ease whilst making my decision. I have come away very satisfied with my resulting purchase.

James answered all our questions with great knowledge, was friendly and helpful throughout.

The sales person was patient, answered all my questions when I had set ideas showed me alternative mattresses & beds which proved my set ideas wrong,my eventual purchase provided the correct support and was extremely comfy, we were offered refreshments and well looked after

Michelle was brilliant, helped me find what I was looking for without any problems. Highly recommend michelle. Well done!

visited this store 4 weeks ago,decided to look at other stores,but they did not rate at all against dreams,or the knowledge given,so decided to go back and purchase the bed i had first seen and had demonstrated to me, so went back and found michelle at the gloucester branch and purchased

Charline was most helpfull in helping us to select a mattress that was suitable for our needs nothing was too much trouble for her to explain what we required, so we made a purchase.
