Great explanation of products in store, finding out what exactly we required and narrowing down the search to the items we really needed to try out, pillows provided for testing the beds, and plenty of choice and options given.

The bed we chose was not available in the time frame we wanted. The person who assisted us took time with us to understand what we were looking for and then found the best option for us by speaking to a manager to seek advice and assistance. We ended up with a similar style but the price reduced to a similar price to the one we first chose. We were well happy.

I had little time so was delighted when James came over to ask me if he could help. The information he gave me was clear and precise, he answered all my questions fully and had a lovely manner.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff who were very helpful and pleasant. After a busy day at work it was nice to relax and not be pushed into buying something I didn't want and treated respectfully and found me exactly what I was looking for.
