Dreams - Gloucester

What I needed was there in store and delivered at a time that suited me. It was available within 4/5 days but I needed it in 4 weeks - they accommodated this with no problems. I went in with a mattress in mind but when I spoke to the salesperson, the one I had originally chosen was not the right one - others were suggested which were more suitable, and what was even better, that it wasn't at an increased cost which is normally what happens in store.

Shaun provided knowledgable advice without being pushy which was refreshing. We also appreciated being left to test the mattress and make our own minds up.

The sales assistant, Jay, could not have been more helpful. His abundant knowledge was very evident. We didn't feel pressured in any way but with his guidance we were soon able to choose the ideal products to suit our needs.

Excellent customer service and great advise given. Very helpful. Showed different types of slats and explained which would be better for our chosen bed frame etc

Shop was about to close but manager was very patient and we did not feel rushed. He was very concerned that we had been waiting to be served.

The Dreams Colleague was very friendly and very professional from the time we entered the store. We were made to feel very welcome and that we were valued as Customers. We were allowed to browse the store completely unhindered, at our own pace. When we needed help or information we found the Dreams Colleague to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the products available and able to answer all our questions easily and simply. At no time did we feel pressurised into making a purchase. We were even invited to have a coffee whilst we looked around and discussed the various aspects of the type of mattress we were looking for.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgable, helpful and attentive.

We were greeted by a wonderful and friendly member of staff Jay who wasn't pushy and very knowledgeable about the products, he gave us time to make a decision then processed our order quickly and make my wife a great cup of coffee
