Helpful staff; store had what we needed

We visited the store on Saturday and James took through the options having understood our requirements. He gave us time to test out both the mattresses and pillows. He was very knowledgeable and was able to share his own personal experience. I returned on Tuesday to place the order - passing another Dreams store because of the customer care that we received from James

the service was very attentive and helpful in finding what we were looking fot.

The store manager Shaun was extremely helpful. He listened to our needs, showed us the different types of bed and helped us choose the right bed for us and not just the most expensive.

Shaun came across as highly knowledgable about sleeping issues in general as well having good product knowledge about the items on the floor. In fact we ended up replacing our pillows as well as the mattress, something we had not really considered in the past. The guidance he gave was invaluable in making the correct decision for our needs. At no time was there a hard sell on any item, the decision was down to us, but felt that we had made a far better decision than we would have done without the help and advice from the Dreams staff.

Michelle Belfit was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

James the person helping select the correct bed, explained every thing exceptionally well. Taking his time not to rush me into buying just anything, but ensuring the absolute correct product was purchased. Time was not a problem, ensuring he devoted his total time ensuring Iwas fully satisfied.
