Dreams - Gloucester

The main reason we were highly satisfied with our visit to Dreams was James. He was very friendly and approachable from the outset. He was clearly knowledgeable and was able to give us a lot of detail about all the products we looked at. He even recommended additional products such as pillows that suited us individually that we also ended up loving and buying. We did leave to look around the bed store next door but because of James' customer service and knowledge we came back to Dreams and purchased the mattress we wanted. He gave us all the information we needed and informed us of everything available to us, making it all easy to understand and follow.

Shaun was great and took the time to explain all of the different types of mattress and beds to us. At no point did we feel like he was just trying to sell us something and thought it was great that it wasn't about how much we spent, but getting the right bed and mattress for our needs. Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future.

the salesman new his subject, told us the colour system and let us look around without bothering us until we asked for more help, he could not have been more helpful than he was

Assistant (James @Glos) was very good at being approachable without being overbearing.very good product knowledge and explained why some products were a lot more expensive which helped to sway a decision. Good coffee as well !

Was greeted within the store, listened to our needs and made suggestions as to what might be suitable to us.We Were given the time to look and test /lying down on the beds and was made to feel very comfortable in doing so.Even got offered a drink!!!!,there was no rushing us at all. Highly recommended. looking forward to our bed being delivered .

Because of the pleasant , apparently experienced and proffessional way we were dealt with

The adviser knew what he was talking about and helped my wife and I to find exactly what we wanted even though we didn't know anything about mattresses/beds. Plus he was very patient with us while thought about it and wasn't pressuring at all. And he was kind enough to offer us a drink and the use of a, rather over priced in my opinion, pillow.

We were highly satisfied because James who served us explained everything very clear ,I wanted a mattress that would give me relieve for my osteoperosis and he was brilliant also about what pillow we should have he certainly knows his stuff and a very delightfull person

We knew we wanted a sealy orthopaedic bed so we were shown 3 models . Assistant knew his stuff. Offered us tea or coffe. Asked for a glass of wine! Unfortunately not on offer! Made our selection quickly and arrangements were made for delivery next Friday, they will take away the old one .
