Dreams - Gloucester

We looked around the shop for a few minutes before we were approached by the sales advisor James. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He was not at all pushy, he answered our questions easily and even offered a drink. Lovely store with great customer service and we would highly recommend.

Jay was extremely helpful. He explained what you need to look for when buying a new mattress. He also went round the showroom with us showing us which mattresses to try and asked my opinion on them each time. He also kept the store open for us even though he was due to finish.

The sales assistant was friendly, not at all pushy, left us to try out and make up our own minds telling us not to rush and providing expert knowledge when we required it. Gave great recommendations on new pillows as well as the mattress. Overall a very friendly enjoyable experience and am excited to receive our new mattress and try out the new pillows. Everything explained in detail regarding the warranty, 40 day sleep guarantee and delivery. Salesman made picking a new mattress a pleasure

As soon as we walked in the doors at dreams in Gloucester everything we needed and more was given to us by James one of the members! we loved everything he showed us even when we didn't really expect to walk out with a mattress the same day and bed coming Thursday! he did everything in his power he could from trying pillows (which we ended up buying) great selling point may I add! amazing work by James thank you!!!!!

Been to the store twice (2nd time to place my order) and was helped both times by Charline. Very knowledgable, helpful and struck the right balance between suggesting different mattresses to try, whilst giving me enough time to mull the decision over on my own. She also took the time to engage with me, enhancing my shopping experience without applying any sales pressure to force through a sale. A credit to the store, Charline went the extra mile. She spent time explaining each product, highlighting the differences between the various Tempur mattresses - and even took the time to walk me though the adjustable beds demonstration. She is to be commended for a first class job.

We first went into the store on the Sunday to price up and check out products , James the sales guy couldn't have been more helpful and friendly . Armed with the information we returned on the Monday evening , and with a couple of people in front of us we joined the queue . James who was on his own , was an absolute star , and dealt with us after the official closing time . He was vey professional, and didn't just rush us through .

We visited the store to investigate the mattresses available, we met James. He was helpful without being overbearing, he listened to our needs and offered advice accordingly. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the products and could offer us the pros and cons of different items. We left to assess options with a competitor, the greeting / information offered was like chalk and cheese so vastly different, they didn't appear to want us as a customer. So we returned to Dreams, and specifically to James, where we were able to conclude a sale. The whole process there was very positive, with us being welcomed as a customer, we were made to feel that we were important to Dreams, the coffee was very good too. Thank you
