Dreams - Gloucester

The store assistants were available but did not pressurise. They were very polite, without out unnecessary sales pitch! They were knowledgeable about the products and were gently encouraging. Order process quite simple and quick.

The assistant was very helpful but not 'pushy ' Have us information and gave us time to think about things. Polite, without all the sales pitch. All in all a pleasant experience.

Lots of information about different mattresses and recommendations on what would be ideal for us. Lots of items within a range of budgets.

Well set out store and classification of the beds

I was not looking forward to buying bed. But it turned out to a really positive experience thanks to Jay & Dreams. Jay was very knowledgeable,helpful,& friendly. I told him what I wanted /needed he listened & gave me the options available to me along with the offers. I am now measuring up for a wardrobe which I will definitely be buying from Dreams

The two members of staff were very helpful but not pushy. Jay dealt with us and he was knowledgeable and clearly had a great deal of experience which he used to guide us through the process of choosing a suitable mattress, without trying to influence our decision. We were given time to try as many mattresses as we needed and suitable pillows were found for us to help make the decision as close to how we would expect the bed to be at home. Both members of staff were very busy as they appeared to be short-staffed but at no time were we kept waiting or pushed to hurry our decision. A very professional service was given throughout.

We went into the gloucester store and we were greeted by a gent called Jay he was very clear on the fact he didnt want to pester but he was there to assist if needed, we walked around the store and then asked for help choosing a mattress. Jay made us feel very confident in choosing our mattress as he explained about how my body needed to be in line and then showed me on another mattress how my hip sat to high, he then left me and my husband walk around the store to feely try mattresses again once we made our choice he was fantastic offering my husband my daighter and myself a drink! We were served by James on our visit. Initially we were seeing what we could get for our money, so told him we were going to shop around - he was brilliant - he didn't pressure sell at all! He was very knowledgeable about the products available and spent a bit of time learning what we both needed from the mattress. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout, making our experience easy, comfortable and enjoyable. The value and service provided by Dreams is far in excess of that of your competitors. It is refreshing that Dreams' sales staff are so knowledgeable and helpful - my husband used to be a delivery driver for Bensons for Beds and they constantly had problems with the deliveries due to the sales staff not advising the customers of the fact that the mattresses cannot be bent without causing damage to them - James discussed this with us and asked what the access in to our property was like. When we were ready to place our order, James made us both a hot drink and asked if there was anything else we needed to know or look at before we started the purchase. Can't praise James' efforts or approach high enough! Thank you.

Jay was very knowledgeable didn't rush us and recommended lots of beds to suit our needs. Very patient and not at all pushy. Will definitely go back to this store for any future purchases.very satisfied with our service.
