James was very friendly and energetic, would happily come back and deal with him again.

Highly satisfied with the Gloucester store and the great help received by James. He was brilliant at his job and nothing was too much trouble for him. With plenty of high quality beds to choose from he explained the difference between them and fetched different pillows enabling us to feel the full benefits and comfort of each bed. Will definitely be returning should we require a further bed and will be recommending Dreams to family and friends.

We were given excellent attention by Charline 193, her product knowledge was good, and she quickly understood what our requirements were and was able to quickly find us suitable products for our needs.

Very friendly staff member greeted us on arrival and asked if we needed any help. We explained we just wanted to have a look, however when we had questions he was able to answer them fully and clearly. We were also offered a hit drink which was nice.

Shaun wasn't pushy. He ensured we understood exactly what was available to us, didn't push for us to spend more and then left us to make a decision. When we'd chosen, he helped us check we'd made the right decision before sitting us down to process the order. It was really nice to feel like we were customers rather than ££!

Staff were not over bearing. Just allowed us to look around and when we had questions they were readily available to answer plus add useful information to help our decision making. Very helpful and always in the background when required. Coffee was nice as well. It was not an easy decision to make but numerous options were explored and never felt like there was any pressure to rush the decision. Excellent job. Thank you

The customer assistant James was incredibly helpful in finding us a mattress that really suited us. We have come away having ordered an amazingly comfortable mattress that we probably wouldn't have even tried without his help. We are also able to have the mattress delivered in a week which is fantastic
