Knowledgable staff

The salesperson could not have helped us more but without pestering. He allowed us to look around the store at ease without following us around which meant we were able to look at our leisure. He answered all our questions and because of this service we actually ended up spending more in the shop than we had originally planned to do and came out with a bed for us and not the spare room as intended. A most enjoyable experience. The shop at Gloucester quays is lovely and sales staff helpfully and very friendly

The assistant was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and gave us lots of advice. His sales technique Made us feel comfortable rather than uncomfortable or pressured. He gave us a lot of time.

We were approached straight away, but there wasn't any pressure at all. Was just to introduce himself etc. He was happy to wait whilst we browsed. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The store staff, Shaun, was very welcoming and helpful and built up a good rapport with us. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants and directed us to products suitable for ourselves. His technical knowledge and product knowledge was very thorough, as he was able to answer all of our queries, and help us narrow down the most suitable mattresses for us. Even after choosing our mattress, he took the time and care to show us another range we were interested in just looking at. His aftercare was also fantastic, showing us a range of pillows and the practicality of each pillow to our needs. The purchase was not rushed, he took the time to go through the delivery, and our options if we were not satisfied. Overall, all of the staff in the store were very welcoming, friendly and offered an amazing service to us.

The guy who look after us was absolutely amazing! He listened to everything I wanted and was very kind, offended me and my partner and hot drink, which was lovely. When I chose a bed he was very help full with filling in all the details and making sure he's gave me enough information. Dreams have been brilliant and I'm Very happy. I can't wait for my new bed to come
