Dreams colleague name was James. A Highly polished employee with a reassuring and polite pleasing manner. At no time did he falter in his duties of offering an exceptional service to my wife and I. we were extremely happy with JAY the salesman. Not pushy like some, but made it known he was there to help. Humorous and knowledgeable in equal doses. More than satisfied with his customer service from start to finish. So good he even had our order ready before we'd made up our mind on what our purchase was going to be.

The staff were friendly, gave us a lot of advise and helped us to make a decision on what to buy but at the same time there was no pressure to buy anything.

Originally we were only window shopping with a view to buying in the near future. We knew exactly what we were looking for, and had already visited another store but they didn't have anything in the price range we wanted. We came on to your store and soon found just what we wanted, and decided to buy immediately as the promotion prices were so appealing.

Listened to our needs and directed accordingly. Didn't just throw loads of inapplicable information at us just for the sake of it. He kept to what we wanted. Good product knowledge. Not too in your face. Gave info then left us to it but there when we had more questions.

Shaun was the only member of staff in the store and there were several customers. He explained how to shop using the coloured cushions and left us to browse while he looked after other customers. We made our choice but Shaun was busy with another customer. He acknowledged we were waiting, offered us a drink and apologised for the delay. As soon as he was free he helped us with our purchase, even finding a balloon for our baby to play with. He was polite and friendly and helpful to us even while he was with other customers.
