Alan looked after us and was a good salesman

Alan enquired what we were looking for, listened and then showed us a number of options. Our original requirement was for Silentnight but he introduced an alternative range which seemed nicer and represented better value. The delivery time was excellent and price reasonable. It was a little disappointing to be charged £40 to remove our old mattress but I understand there is a cost involved so it was fair enough.

The assistant was gracious and interested in my specific needs. He gave me time to talk things over with a friend. And he gave me hot chocolate. When I managed to knock that over, there was no complaint - he mopped it up while helping me to feel at ease and gave me a replacement drink! The sleep machine was also helpful. The whole experience was pleasurable and I really appreciated the service from Shaun, and the others in the shop.

The shop assistant Taru was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the dreams product. Many thanks to Taru for all the offer, giving us discounts, offering the drinks. We are highly satisfied.

Shaun the store manager was great from start to finish. He was professional yet personable and so knowledgable. He made us feel safe (the store was spotless and we noticed a huge difference from another bed store we had been in to just before - the attention to detail and care taken couldn't be missed). He took us through the machine and explained our choices really clearly with great product knowledge and also gave solutions for our budget restrictions. I would highly recommend visiting Shaun and the team at this Dreams and we will definitely visit again for any future purchases we make!

Excellent service given by Shaun the manager at the Gloucester store. Nothing was too much trouble, and gave expert and unbiased advice. He was friendly, helpful and very patient as I tried multiple mattresses multiple times, to make sure I was completely happy and my needs were met regarding issues and problems I have when sleeping.
