Our server was very very good. A very high level of customer service from Jay in the Gloucester store! His knowledge was uncanny!

The sale assistant Jay was friendly and helpful and explained how to find the suitable mattrace

We weren't sure what we needed when we went to the store but the assistant was extremely helpful and was able to talk through our needs with us and really helped us decide what was best for us without being 'pushy'.

We knew quite a lot about the new mattress we wanted as our son has one and we had already slept on the product. So, your sales got tested with our prior knowledge of the product and impressed us with his knowledge and the limitless amount of his time he gave us sampling and explaining the different versions available.

We were greated by Shaun, he explained the colour coded system which was extremely helpful. He let us look around and was there as soon as we needed him. We did not feel pressurised at all, he was very efficient and friendly.

James was really polite and helpful and also took the time to speak to my 11 year son who we were bed shopping for.... He offered us both drinks, biscuits and my son had some chocolate.
