Everything was at the very best. store was clean, staff were very friendly. Excellent service.

Jay was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. He reassured us that he knew what he was talking about and the information pertaining to the tempur mattress vs other brands. He understood our needs and took the time upon his recommendation to try different mattresses within a the range we were interested in with a tempur pillow which we also purchased. For my daughters matress again was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable and explained the mechanics of how important getting the right mattress was especially for women.

Quick, friendly and knowledgable assistance. Our daughter was with us, and while well behaved she did want to climb on lots of beds (we took her shoes off!). There was no concern from the store staff, they actively engaged with her which was very nice. Sale felt like our choice, not a push.

Very happy with the service we received today, Shaun was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. Our children were being little monkeys, however this did not phase Shaun and he allowed me time to sort them out, before continuing with what he was saying. Very pleasant experience, will definitely return for the next bed we require. Thanks for all your help Shaun.

We came into the store with the idea we wanted to find the cheapest bed we could get, however after talking with Shaun he made us realise how important a bed is but with our selling the hard sell. My husband has no legs and I have back problems and it's very important we are as comfortable as we can be and I really think Shaun took this on board when helping us. It's been our first time purchasing a bed together so we were a little nervous but it was a brilliant experience.
