I original went to Bensons and the service was appalling. Myself and my partner were very pleased when Jay came over to help. He gave us very good guidance on how to choose the best bed and encouraged us to try different beds explaining how each bed was different and how they worked. Jay Helped us conclude that we needed a soft topped bed with lower support as we both suffer from disabilities. Jay made our purchase problem free and what was best that he was not pushy as all. Jay even sorted out a cup of coffee. I showed Jay the quote from Bensons and Jay explained the difference in pricing. Which was helpful because even though the price was cheaper from Bensons we weren't getting the best mattress and we didn't have a head board included in the quote from Bensons. Jay then let us decide if we would like to go ahead with the purchase and my partner said after the advice we received from Jay and the service we received. We weren't going back to Benson's and we are buying our bed from Dreams. As the service was like a dream! The area manager was also in stall and he played of 3 years old son who has DS. Great service and many thanks for the Dream!

Good service from Jay, really knowledgable about the mattresses which helped make our mind up on what mattress to buy. He was patient and gave us time to talk.

Immediate offer of assitance frrom Karen on entering the store, but not in a "pushy" way. We were given space to consider the products on offer, and plenty of time to reach a decision. The different materials and characteristics of the mattresses were clearly explained. The staff were knowledgeable which helped us in our decision. We have shopped with you before, and had travelled from Cheltenham to see the range on offer. The Store Manager Shaun went through the order process and paperwork in a clear manner.

the staff were friendly and took their time to show me other products even though they knew i wasn't ready to purchase the extra items until next year. i would like to thank everyone there.
