BOTH SHAUN AND JAY WERE VERY HELPFULL AND NOT AT ALL PUSHY WE HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO DECIDE AND EVEN WENT NEXT DOOR TO BENSONS AND THEN CAME BACK TO BUY FROM YOU , AND WE HAD A NICE COFFEE

Professional service with a courteous, knowledgeable and friendly sales person[Shaun]. You have an asset in this salesman.

The manager (Shaun) was delightful, and knew EXACTLY how much to support and advise, and how much time to leave myself and my wife alone to "Explore". I am Executive Director of steel plants overseas, and one of the things I find depressing coming back to the U.K. for breaks with my family is the lack of skill, and the "stage managed", mindless approach of so many of our popular outlets / vendors. I did not feel this at all in Dreams Gloucester, and Shaun was a diamond in his gentle and unassuming manner.

Shaun approached us within a few minutes of entering the store informed us about the colour code system & asked if he could help, at this point we just wanted to browse. When we needed to ask some questions shun was very quick to help us and answer all our questions, he even remembered my partner coming in with her daughter over a month ago while they were browsing which my partner was very pleased about as he was on his own and extremely busy that day. Excellent customer service throughout.

Shaun was an absolute credit to Dreams. We told him we wanted to switch from our current sprung mattress to a combination mattress. He took time to understand our needs, explained the features & benefits of both types of combination mattresses and the same for a Tempur mattress. He took us to each range and explained the differences as we tried each one. He then took us to a conventional sprung mattress so that we could compare and to be sure that we wanted a combination mattress. He then left us to try out various mattresses to see which one we liked, and when we had questions he was able to answer them for us. I've used 'us' a lot - that's because unlike a lot of salesmen who talk to the man he understands that men and women look for different things in a mattress and he spoke to both of us. At no point did we feel under pressure to buy a mattress or a specific mattress. I can honestly say that Shaun is a credit to your company and a consummate sales professional - rich in product knowledge, a great salesman (without being hard sell) leaving us with the feeling of a great buying experience - you should bottle his approach and give it as a 'sales tonic' to all of your staff.

Attentive, but not over-the-top service from Shaun. He had an excellent product knowledge.

The staff made us feel very welcome and relaxed. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the complementary coffee while trying out all of the mattresses was nice.

James was helpful, knowledgable and friendly and went above & beyond what I would have normally expected from a salesman. I recently bought a bed from him & it was due to his exceptional service that I returned & asked for him personally.
