Jay's product knowledge was excellent - he was not pushy and gave us time to choose the product we required.

We were approached by a friendly assistant without pressure to buy. It was explained clearly the colour coding for mattresses which made it easier to find what we were looking for. We were given plenty of information about the product we chose in store. During the completion each step was explained as paperwork was signed. Very happy.

The staff were friendly and attentive and came to assist us as soon as possible. Charline was friendly and helfpull and made us smile. We were offered coffee, which was a treat.

Shaun gomes my server was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he gave good advice and wanted to know about my needs, being in sales myself i look for this and notice it very quickly and never felt i was being sold to, good experience overall and would definately recommend

Jay was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave me time to think without pressurising me, yet was available to answer the questions I had - which he did very competently. He managed the ordering process quickly and efficiently, and left one very satisfied customer.

Entering the store we were greeted by Jay who asked if we wanted assistance. We said we were looking for a new mattress and he offered to advise us on how best to choose a new mattress. He was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful throughout our time in the store. There to answer all of our many questions, but not hounding us at all. We spent quite some time in the store, getting on for 2 hours trying out a large selection of mattresses. We felt comfortable at all times and were even offered coffee. When placing the order Jay explained everything very clearly. A great experience. Thank you Jay.

Karen was a superb saleswoman who was incredibly attentive to our needs without being overbearing. She appeared to genuinely care if we were currently having a good nights sleep and did her upmost to recommend a pathway forward.
