Dreams - Gloucester

Both store colleagues Karen and James were fantastic with helping us choose, giving us advice and knowing the best products to suit our needs. Both assistants had great customer service skills and werent pushy with the sales, we felt at ease in the store whilst trying products. As we didnt arrive until later in the evening our choosing went past store opening hours, neither assistant complained or fussed, they gave us the necessary time to make our choices.

Second trip after first visit was to find what we wanted. Second visit to make purchase.

the matress was needed by my brother and I accompanied him to help him choose. He has serious mental health issues and gets very anxious very quickly. The store advisor was excellent. Not patronising , helpful, friendly, humourous all of which made a significant contribution to a good shopping experience for him - and me! Thank you - this is not always what we experience!

I went into dreams to buy a toddler mattress. (Having no clue at all what would be best for my daughter) James came over and greeted us. James was fantastic! He show me what he recommended for my daughter. He was friendly and helpful. Even though it was only a quick visit James made the whole journey at dreams a dream! Thank you

It was a good experience. Plenty of friendly and knowledgeable attention but no pressure. I felt I'd been allowed to make up my own mind. I was also impressed by the fact that your assitant immediately noted the trouble I had with the pillow. He found me an orthopaedic one which I didn't kknow existed, and last night I didn't has know existed and last night I had the most pain free night I've had for ages!

Sean, the store manager, listened to what we had to say and ask. His knowledge of products was superb and he was keen to help us find a bed which suited us rather than seeking to sell us a bed which was not one which would do the job we wanted. He did not make us feel pressurised at all and this was the same on each and every time we visited the store. We have yet to receive the bed but if it is of the same standard as the service we received I think we are going to be happy and satisfied customers.

Advisor, James, was efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly, allowed us to wander around undisturbed.

Having explained our requirements we were guided in the right direction then given the opportunity to make our own decision without any pressure.

The member of staff provided us with lots of useful information and helped us pick a different more suitable mattress. He was very friendly and helpful even though they were busy and had less staff in.
