Not over pushy but friendly and helpful

Although store quite busy we were acknowledged. James was extremely helpful, offered drinks, gave my husband a constant pillow to try round the store. Showed excellent knowledge. Made sure we understood what we were signing for

The customer service was excellent from Jay. He was very friendly, knowledgeable & we were only browsing but ended up buying. He also showed us pillows which we had not considered & then bought.

My husband and I received excellent service from Jay at the Gloucester store who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. His colleague James was also very friendly and helpful.

Jay the gentlemen that helped us had a very good knowledge of all beds and pillows that he helped us choose the right mattress and pillows for our bodies !

Great customer service

We were not aware of all the considerations required in buying a replacement mattress. On arrival we were given a thorough explanation of what we should be looking for and what should influence our choice and then we were left to browse and test at leisure. The range of technologies and prices was huge and potentially confusing. Advice was always on hand without the feeling that we were being pressured or pushed in any particular direction. We ended up spending more than twice what we intended and although the sale offers drew us to Dreams the eventual purchase did not benefit from any sale promotion. Time will tell if the high price was worth it.
