Karen was extremely helpful when purchasing my mattress and pillows. Will definatly use dreams again.

James very knowledgable and advised correct mattress for a young child.... store didn't have the single size mattress I wanted in store but said there was a delivery due next day. Following morning he rang to say the mattress was in the due delivery and he would keep one back for me to collect which I did the next day

Very natural and friendly lady approached us as we entered the shop and engaged us in light-hearted conversation before asking us if we needed help. She explained the colour-coding of the pillows and shoe-protectors, gave us a few hints about the pros and cons of each type of mattress, then left us alone for a while until she saw that we were ready for more advice. At this point she gave us each a cup of excellent coffee (11.00 am) and helped us to narrow down our shortlist to one! The mattress we bought is exactly what we set out to find, thanks to the enormous variety of mattresses you have on display, so we are very satisfied and Karen achieved perfectly the balance between technical talk and helpful remarks so my wife and I both enjoyed the buying experience .... not always the way. The icing on the cake was a couple of deals she went on to offer - a mattress protector which paid for itself due to a deal over the insurance (Bedcover), and a couple of pillows ata substantiial discount

I entered the store not knowing what kind of bed I either wanted or indeed needed. The salesman, James, approached me and said good morning. I explained my dilemma. I told him about my various health problems etc and he proceeded to explain the colour coding on the mattresses. He gave me a really nice pillow to use while I lay on various beds. He left me alone for periods of time and checked in with me as to my progress. I did not feel under pressure at any point during my visit

Friendly + knowledgeable staff

The Shop Assistant (Jason) was very helpful, without being in-your-face. He took time to check we were ok, and lft us alone, occasionally providing additional information on the product and options, but without being at all pushy. He was also very efficient during the ordering process. He explained things simply and without forcing anything on us. All in all very satisfied with our choice of bed and the service provided.

Jay who dealt with us in gloucester Dreams was very helpful new what he was talking about and wasn’t pushy,had a warm welcome and hot drinks,He made sure we had bought the right mattress and wasn’t pushy,he stayed with us when we needed him and felt more relaxed buying a mattress he’s a very good salesman.
