The store is well presented and easy to follow with colour guide of the mattresses. All the staff in the store are polite and welcoming upon entering and during my visit. Over all I am very happy with my experience in the store.

Upon arrival at the Dreams store myself and my girlfriend were politely greeted straight away by a welcoming James who was incredibly helpful in all aspects. He knew exactly what we wanted and gave us the perfect options to choose from. James also very kindly made myself and my partner feel very welcome in making us both a hot beverage which was a lovely guesture. He remained professional and knowledgable of all products and we were very impressed with our purchase today.

Everything explained very well, Jason did a fantastic job in catering for our many questions about differing types of mattresses . It was an enjoyable experience , and Jason was most patient , even giving us a cup of coffee.

The sales advisor did not pressure us but offered a wealth of advise that showed he knew his products really well. We entered the store with some bed knowledge but felt like we left with exactly the right Products for us.

We were looked after by Jay and James who were very friendly and helpful making for a very pleasant and successful visit. We were even given coffee during the paperwork. Very happy with the shopping trip.
