Dreams - Gloucester

Tuesday 10th May I entered the store and was immediately greeted by Takudzwa who took his time to go through the options for the product I was interested in and answered my many questions. He printed all the information for me so that I could go home and discuss. At no time did I feel pressured which was great. I returned to the store Saturday morning to place my order. Takudzwa was off but again I was greeted by (i think) Ryan who again looked after me well and took my order. The whole experience was so easy and relaxed. I have to say this is the second time I have placed an order with this branch and the experience was exactly the same - well done, keep up the good work - I will be back!!

The store manager was knowledgable and respectful and answered all questions and queries.

The salesperson was extremely helpful in understanding the needs of the disabled couple who needed to purchase a new mattress.

The salesman dealt with us in a most professional way.shaun and talked through various beds which suited our needs,he also gave us time to make our minds up,no hard sell on his part.

Told me all I needed to know about buying the right bed very impressed with the scale in which Shaun went to…trying us on the bed testing machine and explaining in depth the right mattress….The price was a bit on the high side but then what isn’t !! If it helps my back all worth it… thank u so much

So I have decided to downsize my 3/4 bed to a single to give me more space in the bedroom area in my studio apartment. I popped in over the weekend just to browse and spoke to a very nice friendly and knowledgeable young man who I again saw on Monday when I came in to buy the mattress. He also helped me choose a nice pillow that I shall get when I get paid next month, he wrote the name of it on my receipt that he printed out for me. Purchasing and organising delivery was easy. Will be definitely visiting the store again.

Welcome on entry, everything that we had planned to look at was on the shop floor for us to view whereas previous stores didn't have want we wanted on display. Attentive and patient staff who allowed us the time we needed to make the decision that was the best for us.

Shaun was excellent. Very welcoming and didn't pressurise us. Gave us enough information to make decisions.
