Very helpful staff,good and lengthy explination of differance between male and female sleep needs. Several pillows tried and loads of mattress's of different manufacturers and prices. Good explination of the 30 day sleep guarantee.

Karen was helpful, came over straight away and asked me if I would like any help. She understood that I'm a fussy customer when it comes to finding the right pillow, so she allowed me to have all the time I needed to make the right choice. Karen even made me a coffee which was lovely.

Jason was extremely helpful, his knowledge and customer service was exceptional. Jason made buying a bed for our spare room easy and his advice was greatly appreciated. Customer experience for us is of utmost importance and Jason went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully informed. Would definitely use you again.

Found the assistants very knowledgable, gave me plenty of time to look before approaching, I then said “ I was just looking” and he left me and said “ just ask if you need anything” I then looked for a few more minutes and then asked for his advice which was great and felt genuine. Because of this I ended feeling very comfortable and ending up purchasing extra pillows and fitted bed sheets, so spend twice as much as initially expected but still felt I got value for my money. Overall very happy with my visit and purchases.
