Hi, On arriving in the store we were greeted by a friendly store expert named Jayson. My partner and I didn’t know exactly what we were looking for and looked lost around the store, this is when Jayson came offer and offered his expertise, something we had not experienced in other stores (competitors). I felt our needs were were understood and a two point did I feel it was just a sales pitch. Thanks, Andrew

Colleague was extremely knowledgeable about not only the products on sale but also about the ‘science’ of sleep, explaining how we would best benefit. He also gave us time to consider the options without being ‘pushy’.

Brilliant customer service

The sales assistant was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly without being over-familiar. As an act of kindness, he even delivered the 'extras' (pillows,etc.) to our son's, where we were staying.

The Sales man James was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products without being too pushy. We were given coffee while we browsed the store.

We were lucky enough to have the manager of the store deal with us. He was very knowledgable about all of the products and didn’t try to push us into anything....just what we like. Had he of been pushy we probably wouldn’t have bought the item.
