James at Gloucester store is fabulous. Really helpful with no pressure. He went out if his way to find exactly what we were looking for

Staff were very friendly and informative but not too pushy, especially Shaun who helped us today. Nice relaxed atmosphere and great range of products for a great price!

This is the second time we have made a purchase at this store - we purchased a mattress about a year ago with Shaun's assistance. Again great service from both James and Shaun

Jay and his son were very friendly and informative without being over bearing. Nothing was too much trouble.

Karen in the Gloucester branch was outstanding. She was very accommodating. Offered my partner and I a coffee which was lovely by the way. To be honest I only came in to see what was out there. Karen and the store manager didnt pressure sell me. They were very knowledgable and gave me every option possible. I ended up coming back to the store and spent £2002.50 I would definitely reccommend shopoing here. Karen is definitely an asset. Regards Alex Marten - Very Happy Customer.

Staff helpful, attentive and friendly. The variety of beds and types of mattresses available for trying out was good. Obviously, as the bed is still to arrive we can't comment yet on its long-term quality.

The store was fairly busy with each member of staff dealing with customers. Shaun who served us was also dealing with another customer but managed to deal with our questions promptly and made us feel very welcome, we felt really comfortable with the whole experience of shopping there. We were even offered a hot drink and every member of staff we spoke to were happy and polite.

The knowledge and advise of the Dreams representative, couple with putting us at ease and not being pushy. It's alot of money to spend, so we wanted get it right and he helped greatly.
