Karen was extremely knowledge but not pushy, helpful and friendly. In our opinion she guided us with her product knowledge but we didn't feel pressured in any way.

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were friendly & gave us smiles - They also chatted to our 1 year son, who was running around like a manic the whole time we were in there deciding. They were great with him.

I was quickly approached by an assistant who took trouble to help me find what I was looking for and didn't pressurise me in any way. There was a vast selection of products.
