Prompt, friendly assistance. saleslady very informative but not pushy

The sales assistant was very helpful but at the same time gave us time and space to make our decision.

I was greeted politely and sincerely, the lady who served me was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Ordering the mattress was simple and quick.

Staff could not be more helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were looking at.

James provided guidance and advice about mattresses. He was really knowledgeable about the variety available. He was attentive without doing the hard sell and clearly knew his stuff. He gave me sufficient time to test the mattresses and offered me a very welcome cup of tea. Once I'd made my selection, Charline was very friendly and efficient as she processed the order on the computer.

The lady who dealt with us was both very knowledgeable and friendly.

Overall perfect experience helping customers who were unsure of what they required when entering the store.

The staff was very helpful but not pushy like some places can be, they even gave me time to think about if I was going to make the purchase or not. So was able to discuss it with my partner, witch is good for me as I'm not good at making decisions

We were looked after by Shaun the Store Manager, he was knowledgeable, not pushy and happy to be involved when we wanted him to be and to step away when we didn't. Excellent asset for Dreams, you should look after him.

The assistant Charline, was very polite and welcoming. She greeted us warmly, explaining the mattress types available and the easy to understand colour codes of the various mattress types. She listened carefully to what we wanted, want was important to us. She offered us a hot drink initially and before processing our order. Charline was chatty and friendly and put us at ease. We also got 2 complimentary pillows after placing our order.
