James, the assistant greeted me upon my arrival,after ascertaining my requirements, he showed me the various products the suited my price range and sleep requirements. Upon placing the order he read through all the c&d's and drew my attention to those that were appropriate. The delivery date is 14 days from the order, I would have hoped that it could have been between 7 and 10 days.

Karen listened to what we wanted, was able to offer us options that matched our requirements exactly and then gave us both the time and space to make a decision for ourselves - which we did quite quickly. She also answered all our questions and provided any additional information we needed. The actual sales process was very efficient and it was only the Barclays Finance application that caused a problem ...in that it took not too far short of two hours to approve. If it had not been for Karen's kind attention and willingness to help, we probably would not have completed the purchase.

On entering the Dreams store we were greeted by a salesman, who introduced himself as Shawn and gave us a pillow each to take with us he invited us to look around the store trying out any mattresses we feel maybe what we are looking for, and he would be with us when we were ready or have any questions, The saleman explained the colour coding of the bed mats and left us to it. When we were ready to talk we made our way towards the sales desk where the same salesman asked what he could do to help. Answering all our questions knowledgably and to our satisfaction the salesman went off to make us to coffees, which i was impressed was served in chine MUGS. not hot cardboard ones, whilst we talked over which mattress we would be interested in purchasing. Whilst going through the purchase of selected mattress, we hit a problem with delivery, due to living in a 300 year old cottage the ceilings are low and whilst the stairs are wide there is a 90 degree turn at the top, which it was explained would not be accessable to the mattress we had chosen, With problem solved with help from the salesman we ended up ordering a mattress with zip in the middle.

Extremely nice helpful salesman very pleasant and well spoken made you feel nothing was too much trouble although the salesroom was very busy at the time.
