Dreams - Gloucester

We were treated with great courtesy and patience (I was not really certain what I was looking for!). We were shown three beds - more would have made me very confused - and I was able to lie on each of them and provided with a choice of pillows. Shaun pointed out the different features of each bed and explained the merits of each one. I was in no way rushed and my selection was left entirely up to me. Shaun's product knowledge was extremely impressive. Once I had chosen a bed, I was advised of the various colours available, shown the different types of drawers on offer and then told what was offered in the delivery package, the guarantee and of the chance to exchange the mattress of choice within 30 and 40 nights should it not prove to be the right choice. I have to say that I have seldom received this type of service when making any purchases. I do congratulate Shaun and Dreams for the truly excellent training of their employees.

The young man James who served me was so helpful I feel you need to ring him and congratulate him on his knowledge and helpfulness a credit to himself and to your company so much so the next day I went back to purchase some more bedding and considering your have another bed shop right next door where the people where so rude

Shaun Gomes the assistant who served us was very helpful and informative but not pushy. We felt we could take the time we needed to make an informed decision and had all our questions answered. Excellent customer service.

Jay who dealt with us was highly professional and never tried to push us towards making a decision. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable and yet put us at ease at all times. He offered us drinks and time alone to reach a decision without any pressure. His son also dealt with us and had a friendly manner to match -overall a great experience and feel we've bought what we wanted. Thank you!

Jay was very helpful, answered all our questions. He advised us to try different mattresses but we were not under pressure to hurry or buy one. We had looked elsewhere prior to visiting the store.

From the point of entering your store in Gloucester Jay was immediately friendly and helpful - he took time to show us all of the products but also gave us time alone to discuss which was best for us. Jay took the time to place us at ease and was honest with all inquires.
