I was highly satisfied with the information I had been given. I was explained the differences between mattresses, pros and cons and I was told about different guarantee options.

Were approached when we entered and given helpful advice and then left to choose the bed we wanted. The staff were only too willing to give advice when asked, even.supplying us with a good quality pillow when trying out the beds. Over all very pleased with the experienced staffs help which ended in us purchasing a new bed.

Knowledgeable staff who were also welcoming and took time to listen to my needs

Jay was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and professional and was at the same time not at all pushy. He had all the time in the world for us and encouraged us to try lots of different products to suit our individual needs. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly and very polite.

I saw product on line, so only went to the store to see it in the flesh before I ordered it. The assistant only processed my order, he didn’t give any guidance. A good quick visit.

James was exceptionally helpful without being pushy. Gave us plenty of time to test the beds whilst also giving some really useful advice. Went through lying positions, pillow types, firmness, mattress specs. There were a lot of things he mentioned which we had not considered or been told in other shops.

We had a warm welcome as soon as we came in to the store. James was very helpful and accomodating. We were given plenty of time to look around and allowed to try to lie down on the beds in unrushed manner.
