I had. A guy called. Shaun Gomez. He was great I think if it was not for him I would not have bought the bed. He made things easy to understand. And also. I knew what I was getting very clearly. He is a great asset to your company.

My Fiance and I were extremely pleased with the service provided by Karen. There was only one or two questions that caught her off guard but she returned with an answer in less than two minutes. This gave us time to talk privately about products. She offered us coffees and help us around the mattresses and held our coffee cups for us whilst we lay down. Very helpful as we are buying a new house and in the process of all the checks, so we were able to choose a delivery date and then change it if we needed to. Excellent customer service as we asked if we could place the order with 15 mins till closing time and she was more than happy to stay beyond closing time an extra 45 mins to help us out!! Karen was polite and happy all through our visit to dreams and wasn't pushy, she listened to what we wanted and assisted appropriately.

Shaun the salesman was helpful without being in your face and gave us time to select what we wanted without interference. But was available to answer questions when we wanted assistance. Good sales practice !
