We were very happy with the help we had from Alan, very knowledgeable chap.

Staff were attentive and friendly. We were given all the information needed in order to feel comfortable with the purchase. All costs were explained and time for delivery. Overall very happy with the service.

We went to the Gloucester store and Alan was absolutely delightful, very good at his job and very knowledgeable, very satisfied with how we were treated nothing was too much trouble , and they were extremely busy , didn’t rush us once .

Came to the store 8-10 weeks ago to browse for a mattress and see the market out there. Originally approached by Louise who helped assist with our needs, what we were looking for and offered to use the mattress simulator. Due to finances we could not return to purchase our mattress until just recently and was extremely impressed with shaun the store manager, again the approach of helping not selling. Immediately we knew the mattress we wanted and Shaun sat us down to come plate the purchase. Throughout the whole experience everyone in store was so lovely and such a kind nature. Comparing our experience at dreams to our last bed purchase at a impeding retailers, we felt so much more at ease and that nothing was too much hassle. I have already recommended dreams to 3 other people and will definitely be publishing a review when product received.
