The Staff were very friendly and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble and I had a detailed explanation of the beds, with out feeling pressured. Being offered coffee when searching around was very welcome.

I was made to feel at ease within about 20 seconds of entering the store, so refreshing not to be chased around by someone trying to sell me something. I just usually want to exit shops when people do that. Jay was knowledgeable and available when we needed to ask questions. Left us alone to chat and discuss different options when needed. Thanked us for waiting when it got a bit busy. Literally couldn't fault anything. My 3 year old son was getting a bit bored whilst placing the order also and decided to have a paddy, Jay managed to produce a kids dreams toy lorry for him, was already impressed before that but that was the icing on the cake. I never write reviews but this level of service certainly warrants this one. Perfect and exactly the sort of service that ensures I'll be back in the future and recommending to family aswell as friends.

Karen was fantastic. Polite, not pushy, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, reason why online is inferior to that really human touch. Dreams are lucky to have her. Thanks to Jay too for his input, much appreciated.

The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. We came away with a new mattress and didn't feel pressurised at any stage.

We felt James was attentively helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He gave us time to consider all the options and reach our own conclusions, supplying information as required. He showed great perception of customer needs. We were recommended to visit Dreams by a friend yesterday. I was recently diagnosed with some ongoing spine problems and had been told to find a new mattress. We had been looking for a new mattress but didn't seem to be able to work out what we wanted in spite of a number of visits to bed retailers and online research. James was able to quickly assess our needs and focus our attention on which mattresses might be what we were looking for. We came in thinking we were looking for a replacement double mattress but left with kingsize mattress and new oak effect bedframe - it had been in my mind to go for for that in the first place but had been quite confused before visiting Dreams about what to go for.

Karen who served us was incredibly helpful showing us around the showroom and advising us on the differences in products. The overall process from start to finish was smooth, she offered us coffee and made the whole buying experience a pleasant one.
