Jay who helped us was very informative and we learnt loads, he wasn’t pushy in anyway and was only too happy to help advise. The whole experience was top knotch couldn’t fault anything. We left feeling bery satisfied

We were made very welcome and assisted to try the beds with the the help of pillows to suit as my husband has Parkinson's and he much appreciated the helpfulness of Shaun. We are looking forward to comfortable night's sleep.

We researched the product online before we arrived at Dreams, Gloucester. Karen was excellent with her customer service throughout the whole time that we spent choosing the product that suited us best. We even were offered a coffee that was very welcomed! Karen was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The gentleman that assisted me, Shaun, was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to listen to my requirements and advised me accordingly. I knew exactly which bed frame I wanted but needed advice on a mattress. He did not rush me, and let me try numerous mattresses. I was not pressured to buy a more expensive product as had been the case in other stores! I was so happy with the customer service he provided that upon my return home I immediately text my friend to recommend Shaun @ Dreams Gloucester Quays.

The employee who attended to us made the visit worthwhile, very funny and lovely man. Extremely attentive but not too pushy, an exemplar employee!

Greeted in very warm friendly way. Not pressured. JAMES gained understanding of our needs and showed us various matresses, encouraging us to take our time and really try them out. He had excellent knowledge of the products but didnt blind us with science. He got us pillows that suited us individually. When he realised our price limit he was able to still recommend the best available. When we chose he told us about the 40 day approval option, also how to get the best out of the matress by turning it regularly in first few weeks then once a month. We purchased the extra guarentee for 8 years and he gave us a nice matress cover to help protect it. Very happy with the service we received and could see all the staff were very good in the store keeping it tidy and interacting very well with customers. We were even offered coffee!

Both chaps were very friendly, without being irritating. Jay listened to what it was we wanted/needed and spent a lot of time with us helping to find the correct mattress. We were very well informed of the product ranges and did not feel pressured into making a decision. The coffee was very welcome - and delicious!
