James was both friendly and efficient and not in the least overbearing - was helpful in explaining our options as we were looking for a made to measure bed well impressed with the speed in which this order will be ready for delivery

I was incredibly impressed by your sales assistant, James, who was especially friendly and inviting. He struck an excellent balance between being attentive and being available to assist, offering advice without being too "salesy". He truly is a credit to your company. I would also like to commend the manager for his role in our sale. I was very clear on what I was looking for and had intended to make the purchase online where I would be able to take advantage of a cashback offer available through Top Cashback. Instead, the manager was able to offer me a similar, albeit not as discounted offer but with a suitable credit agreement meaning I made the purchase there and then. May I also say that my girlfriend really enjoyed the hot chocolate that was offered to her... she described it as the best she had ever had (although she is known to exaggerate on occasion! A really positive experience.

Well, I never thought buying a bed could be such a pleasant experience. Me, my partner Jacquie and our 2 children visited the store on Sunday with the intention of buying a new super-king mattress. Upon walking into the store we were greeted by Shaun, the store manager, who very politely asked if we needed help with anything. And then it began, Shaun went through all of the different options of mattress and explained the colour coding system. He accompanied me and my partner around the store as we tried different types, asking us how comfortable each one was and giving us recommendations on which ones to try next based on our answers. He was never pushing us to try a more expensive mattress, just one that suited us the best. Which was really nice, no pushy or aggressive sales. I never once felt pressured to buy anything. Once we had chosen a mattress, me and my partner decided we would like to have a look at the TV beds. Again, Shaun was never pushing us towards the more expensive beds, just ones that were right for us. We ended up leaving with 2 new mattress' and the TV bed. The atmosphere in the store was lovely. We had complimentary coffee and fantastic service. 10/10

Excellent customer service, product knowledge and advice. The only negative was related to the finance option, we were interested in financing the transaction however the sales advisor was unable to connect with them as the transaction was referred. The online paperwork was all filled out efficiently, however the finance company were not available despite repeated attempts by our sales advisor. Luckily we were able to pay cash, but could have resulted in a lost order.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and asked what we were looking for, given an explanation about the colour coded foot protectors and whereabouts to find what we were looking for in the store. We were given a pillow to try and information about the importance of sleeping with the correct pillow height. Whilst we were trying the bed we were offered a hot drink. We were in the store for over an hour trying the beds before deciding on our purchase and never felt rushed to make a decision. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall very good shopping experience. Assistant Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful with information, helping us make decision on which mattress to purchase.

Jay was very knowledgable with respect to helping us determine what mattresses would be good for us. He explained very clearly the differences between them all.
