Dreams - Gloucester

Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. We spent a considerable time in the store trying various mattresses and pillow combinations and returned a short while later to ask some further questions and then returned again later the same day having made a decision to purchase. Staff answered all our questions and welcomed us back each time without making us feel we were taking up too much time etc. We were offered drinks and the process of making the order was painless.

The staff at the store, and in particular Shaun who helped us were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They got the balance right between providing information and allowing us to browse comfortably and didn’t come across as “pushy” at all. I also felt that Shaun spent the right amount of order to make sure that we 100% had selected a product that was right for us.

Computer price was different from price quoted on display next to the mattress.

I was looked after really well by Karen in Gloucester, her knowledge of products was excellent and she was professional and approachable.

The assistant, Karen was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We also went to another shop selling beds but returned to Dreams not only because of the bed but because of the service we experienced. The shopping experience is so important and it's often not just about the product but the assistant which brings us back.

Jay was extremely friendly and helpful. Our entire experience was great, from being welcomed when we first walked in to being offered a drink whilst we chose through to being helped out to the car with some of our purchases. We would thoroughly recommend our friends to use this store.

The salesman was very friendly and had good knowledge of all items in store! And also wasn’t pushing as into the purchase, he also got as a pillows the same as we got at home to try different mattresses! Very satisfied

We arrived 5 minutes before the shop was due to close but the assistant Karen took all the time we needed to go though things with us and help us choose what we wanted. Then place the order and fix delivery date etc. She was excellent.
