The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had a good knowledge of the products and looked after us very well during our time at the store.

Treated as a valued customer by knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy staff - with advice and assistance based on the range available, encouraged to all be tried by the customer to get the best product for the customers quality of sleep. Not steered to a product that is profit driven but but customer satisfaction led knowing that if the customer is not happy they won't be back

The attention provided by store staff was outstanding. It was friendly and informative as well as efficient. We found the ideal bed on show and promised the required date for delivery. It was also evident that other staff appeared to also be friendly and efficient in dealing with customers - there appeared to be a very happy and friendly atmosphere in the store.

We were greeted by James as soon as we walked in. He wasn't pushy at all but knew what he was talking about. He got a pillow to suit me to try out on the mattress. James listened to what I like/don't like and showed me the mattress that suited what I had described. Over all I was super happy with the service. We actually sat and purchased the mattress with the manager Shaun who was also lovely. Helpful and explained everything to me. I felt very well looked after!!

Jay was our assistant at the Gloucester branch. Highly professional, personable, approachable and an amusing guy. A highly skilled and talented sales professional. His product knowledge was of a very high standard and guided us through the purchase of our mattress seamlessly. A very positive experience as a result of Jay's personality and professionalism. He deserves a bonus !
