Dreams - Gloucester

Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy Visited Dreams in Gloucester today. Staff (Jacob) was friendly but not pushy. Very knowledgeable and suggested options. Very happy with what we bought and price paid. We are returning customer so expect same excellent quality when new stuff arrives.

We were met by James who was courteous and Knowledgeable about the products. There was no hard sell he just catered for our needs.

Good range of products, well displayed, sufficient information describing the type & quality of different beds. Clean & bright show room, although it took time initially to get served Alex came to my rescue & was very good, took me through a sequence of what I wanted , different prices & specifications & helped me decide which bed was most suitable to myself & the Wife. Appreciated no pressure selling & he was very thorough in going through the Interest free finance.

The Dreams Colleague James was very knowledgeable and was able to make recommendations for my needs as I have fibromyalgia and Cancer so getting plenty of quality rest is important for recovery. He was very attentive and gave us plenty of space to make our decisions on what we wanted based on his recommendations. He was very friendly and helpful.

When I went into the shop the salesman was slow to approach, in fact I went up to him. I explained I wanted a 4foot and asked his advice. He suggested I look around the beds and try them, explaining the card on the end would indicate sizes. With so many beds to choose from this was not particularly helpful and I would appreciated some dialogue. Whilst in the process of looking, a sales lady came over and asked if I needed any help, which I accepted. I can only say she was extremely helpful. Had she not come over I would have gone elsewhere.

James the assistant was very helpful but not over the top and left us to try out the bed. Wish all furniture shops would take note how Dreams deal with customers

James was both knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and the coffee was delicious

I was offered a hot drink, James listened to what specific issues I had, what my requirements were then suggested what products would be most appropriate. He took examples of the suggested pillows and mattress and got me to try the different options so I could make the correct decision. He then talked me through the order terms and conditions by pointing out specific charges if I cancelled the order or changed delivery dates within certain timeframes. Could not have been more efficient.
