We given the information that we required and the time to consider our options.

We were welcomed as we came into the store with our children. Karen asked us if we were ok and if we needed help finding what we were looking for. We had researched online before coming to the store so had an idea of the bed frame. Karen took us to the one we wanted to see and told us all about it, demonstrating the ottoman storage beneath. We did however need assistance on the mattress and with this she was very knowledgable also providing pillows like we have at home to help simulate how we settle on the mattress. We didn’t feel pressured or hassled into making any decisions at all and we tried the bed out several times to make sure we were choosing the correct mattress for us. Overall we were very impressed with the store and how we were all treated. It was a very nice experience as we were dreading going bed shopping as previously we have been pounced on at other shops by the sales people trying to get the sale done. Doing the final paperwork was nice and easy too, with a coffee it was very relaxed atmosphere while the children tried out all the comfy beds 😴

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, no complaints whatsoever

The assistant (James) did not hover over me or push me to purchase in any way. He answered all questions honestly and in a knowledgeable manner.

Had previously purchased mattresses from the Gloucester store and they were extremely helpful which is why I returned to purchase a bedframe. Not a huge amount of choice in store but staff happy to help me search for products on a wide-screen - excellent. Able to double-check what I'd previously found out from internet and placed an order. All sorted out very quickly. Excellent service and offered a coffee!

This was the bank holiday Monday after Easter and so the store was very busy. However we were attended to after we had been in the store for a short while which gave us time to look around . Shaun attended to us and was very patient and knowledgeable as we explained what we were looking for and tried out several beds that he thought might suit us. We then asked to be given a bit of time while we made up our minds. When we had made our decision Shaun was busy with another customer, and as we chose to wait for him this incurred a bit of a wait however other members of staff made sure we had somewhere to sit and offered us coffee.

Quality of products, excellent customer service, good range and prices.

James was very knowledgable. He left us to browse without hassling us. Very happy with the service and price

We knew what we thought we wanted, your agent knew his stuff and although the mattresses we wanted were the only thing not on sale offer we still bought them at over £1500
