Dreams - Gloucester

We went to the Gloucester store on the 14 April 2018. James welcomed us to the store and provided us with an understanding of the colour coding in the shop and gave my husband and I the time to browse. Throughout our time deciding which bed would be suitable for us, James demonstrated excellent customer care; his product knowledge was good, no question was left unanswered, he was polite and courteous. We were well looked after with complimentary drinks too. Thank you James

We were starting our search for a new bed at Dreams but had planned on comparing other shops. Because the assistant, Jay, instilled such confidence and his product knowledge was impeccable we placed our order without visiting other shops

I prefer to use your shops because they always have the best products and we don't compromise on sleeping. The help we got was concise and learned and we did end up buying the most expensive product in the store but are confident that it will last longer and therefore not be more expensive in the long run.

I had shopped in the store before and was delighted to be served by Sean the same assistant. He greeted us on arrival asked if we would like help showed us all the beds which met our requirements asked us to try them even bringing a pillow which was the same as my one at home. He was helpful without being pushy and offered us coffee and left us (my daughter and I) to make our own decision from the comprehensive range he had shown us. I cannot praise him too highly for his pleasant friendly manner and desire to help.

Our bed we bought is a fantastic product of great value and quality, we were supported effectively in store to find a product suitable to our needs and had an excellent experience and service from Dreams right through to the delivery period, even the delivery men were lovely! Thankyou very much for a great service and product!
