Shaun spent plenty of time with us understanding what we want and what we like. And was very good with his customer service

The customer service that jake from the gloucester branch gave us was extremely helpful and he didn't rush us at all. He listened to our needs and found us the bed we needed.

James was very helpful his product knowledge and advice was very good there was no hard selling he was very polite

Very helpful staff (Shaun), met us and found out what we were after and was helpful and not intrusive. He is obviously very knowledgable, and was very easy to get along with. Overall a very positive experience, and a good reason why people should still shop in store rather than on-line, that personal touch and experience make all the difference when you are purchasing an expensive item.

Shaun was very interested in us since we entered the store. He took his time to talk us through the advantages of each product. He was kind and gave shared his experience using one of the beds which was very helpful in our choice of fabric colour. My son was also given a balloon and a kids bag. I am high satisfied with the experience because I was made aware of all the options I have in terms of payment, discounts and delivery. The staff that attended to us was kind but so were other staff members at the store

We were served by Jay. He left us alone when required but was there to answer questions when we needed him. We did not feel hassled - his attention was perfect. I have bought from Dreams before. I always go into the store and check the product and mostly order on line. Please do not get rid of your stores. I would not like to buy a bed without trying it out first.

Member of staff very welcoming and available when we were ready for assistance. Knowledge about the products was extremely comprehensive and gave confidence with our proposed order. Encouraged trying the different types of mattress and explained the different types of manufacture process.
